An idea from the Syrian diaspora in Germany emerged amid Syria’s political transition: to contribute to reconstruction by strengthening mental-health care and local care networks. Through exchange with Freie Universität Berlin and Psychologische Hochschule Berlin, this became a shared vision to connect psychological and psychotherapeutic knowledge with local experience and develop care structures in Syria together.
